FIX :: ceph-deploy error with "try to use systemctl"

Error Message:
The service command supports only basic LSB actions (start, stop, restart, try-restart, reload, force-reload, status). For other actions, please try to use systemctl.

Solution:
1. update ceph repository from official ceph repo, not from epel repo
2. > yum update ceph-deploy
3. > do something...
